Japanese Cast Metal Noh Dancer Statue: Heavy Bronze Finish Okimono, Court Noble Figure, Phoenix Motif, 12" Asian Decor

This is a magnificent and substantial vintage Japanese metal sculpture, Okimono, depicting a Noh dancer or high ranking Court Noble. The figure is captured in a dynamic kneeling pose with wide, outstretched sleeves.
The level of detail is extraordinary. The flowing gown is heavily embossed with colorful patterns featuring the legendary Phoenix, floral family crests, and geometric designs. The finish is a rich cast metal (possibly brass or bronze) with antique coloring to highlight the intricate textures. Heavy and imposing, this piece serves as a powerful focal point for any Asian inspired interior.
Condition Note: Excellent vintage condition regarding the metalwork.
However, based on the pose of the hands, this figure likely originally held a fan (and possibly wore a separate mask), which are now missing. It is sold as shown in the photos. The absence of these elements adds to its vintage wabi sabi charm.
