A vintage Japanese handled container combining dark wood construction with blue and white porcelain, featuring a lidded top compartment and a pull-out porcelain drawer. The arched wooden handle and dark metal corner accents give it a distinctive crafted character. Acquired in Kyoto. One small chip on the top corner is noted and visible in photos.
