Vintage Japanese Riichi Mahjong set with iconic green back tiles and 4 Red Fives (Aka Dora). Tiles are clean and white with sharp carving; case is structurally sound with working snaps and minor vintage wear. Includes 144 tiles, Tenbo counting sticks, dice, and 4 green spare tiles.

Riichi Mahjong (Japanese Mahjong) uses smaller tiles than American or Chinese sets and follows distinct rules including riichi declaration, dora bonus tiles, and the furiten rule. The 4 Red Fives (Aka Dora) in this set are a classic transition-era feature used in standard Riichi play.

Care Note

Wipe tiles with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Keep case away from prolonged heat or direct sunlight to preserve vinyl.
