Vintage Japanese Nanbu Tekki cast iron teapot with a spots pattern and natural patina. Approximately 500ml capacity, suitable for 1 to 4 people. Great condition with visible aging signs consistent with its age.

Traditional Nanbu Tekki tetsubin are cast iron kettles designed for boiling water, not for steeping tea directly. Patina is natural aging and adds to the antique character of the piece.

Do not use soap. Rinse with hot water only. Dry thoroughly after each use to prevent rust. Do not steep tea directly in this vessel; it is designed for boiling water.
